Q. What Happens if it rains? |

A. All of the Fireworks are fully Waterproof, we just get wet. If possible we will always try and fire during a break in the weather, if there is one. |

Q. How far do you travel? |
|
A. We cover, Devon, Cornwall, Somerset, Bristol & Dorset. However we are always prepared to Travel further budget permitting. |

Q. When is it legal to fire fireworks? |
|
A. Fireworks can be fired all year around, the law stipulates that Fireworks must be fired by 11pm, we therefore will not start to fire any displays after 10.45pm. The laws does allow a later firing time on Bonfire Night, New Years Eve, Chinese New Year and Diwali. |

Q. How long does it take to set up the Display |
|
A. The Set-up time will vary depending on the type of display and the Budget. On most private displays we are looking at 2-3hours for set up. |

Q. What Insurance do you have? |
|
A. We have 5 million Public Liability Insurance and 5 million Employee Liability Insurance and we have fully licenced storage & fusing facilities. |

Q. Do you accept Credit Cards? |
|
A. Yes, we accept Credit & Debit Cards with no Surcharge. |

Q. Do your prices include VAT? |
A. All the enclosed prices include VAT at 15%, and are correct at the time of printing.

Q. How do I book a Display? |
A. All you need to do is complete the booking form sign and return to us with a 25% booking fee.

Q. How do I cancel my Display? |
|
A. You can cancel your booking at any time. We have a sliding Scale of cancellation charges with the minimum being 10% of your budget. Full details for the charges are available on your booking form. Very rarley it may be necessary for us to cancel your Display due to Health & Safety reasons or unreasonable venue or client restrictions and/or demands. This is very much a last resort and if it has to be implemented we will give you a minimum of 30 days notice and we will refund all money paid to us. Further details are on your booking form. |
